Website Portfolios
This meeting will focus on getting more members represented in the Sculptors Inc. website portfolio. With more images to show galleries it will be easier organize group exhibitions. We'll be shooting digital slides on the spot. There will be two or three different backdrops and a simple lights set-up. Bring 5-6 pieces you would like to include on your portfolio page. We will have at least one digital camera and a couple of tripods, but feel free to bring your own camera. The fun begins at 7 p.m. at Steven Jones' and Megan Van Wagoner's studio, 1200 Ponca Street. Lukeworks
This design, build studio founded by Mark Melonas will do a demonstration
of concrete casting for sculpture. Lukeworks builds custom concrete
countertops, fine furniture and archtectural elements. Meeting begins
at 6:30 p.m. and will be finished in time for artists to attend the
Maryland Art Place fundraiser being held the same night. For directions

McFadden Art Glass
Tim McFadden will open the meeting
with a glass blowing demonstration. This will be followed by refreshments
and regular meeting items. Meeting begins at 6 p.m.
